How long is the free trial?

Yes, the 30-day free trial is unrestricted and not limited to any number of users.

What are my payment options?

Your payment is a simple monthly transaction made via a credit card.

How do you determine your pricing tier?

We monitor your account and will advise you one month in advance if you are likely to move up or down a tier and what impact this will have on your monthly bill.

How does Joyned store and protect my data?

Joyned uses the same industry practices as tools such as Slack and Teams to keep your data secure. All data is encrypted in the databases and then transmitted and received from the mobile app.

Why are messages not end-to-end encrypted?

End-to-end encryption creates a level of privacy between two individuals that is not desirable for an organisation-led communication tool. As an example: providing safeguarding features and protection at an organisational level would be impractical as we could not give an organisation access to its data.

What is an Active User?

An Active User has opened the app within the last 30 days. Organisations are charged based on Active Users.
